Challenge

Women with PCOS—especially young adults—struggle with fragmented care, low awareness, and stigma, making it difficult to manage symptoms across mental health, fitness, nutrition, and medical support. Existing solutions are siloed, overwhelming, or not personalized to their daily lives, leaving many without consistent, trusted guidance.
